Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

These terms govern your use of the LISA AI website and mobile application (the “Service”), operated by LISA Intelligence Labs. By accessing the Service or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

LISA is a chat-first AI assistant. The Service includes conversations, personal agents, agent groups, completed works, notifications, approval workflows, model selection, and the supporting website. Features may change as the product develops.

Some capabilities described on this website may be unavailable in a particular build or region. Sandbox and Store are not part of the current public release.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• Do not share an account in a way that would give others access to another person's data.
• You may delete your account from the app's Settings at any time.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• break the law, infringe rights, or facilitate fraud or abuse;
• attempt to access another user's account, data, or private content;
• interfere with the Service, bypass limits, or probe its security without permission;
• distribute malware or harmful content;
• use agents or automations to send spam or harass others;
• misrepresent AI-generated output as verified fact where accuracy matters.

We may suspend or limit access where we reasonably believe these rules have been violated or where required for security or legal reasons.

5. AI output and agent work

AI-generated content can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it. LISA does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

Agents and groups can fail or produce unexpected results. Completed works and notifications reflect the state recorded by the system; they are not a guarantee that an external action succeeded. Where an action requires approval, the agent should wait for your decision.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create in the Service, including messages, agent instructions, and files you attach. You grant us the limited licence needed to host, process, and transmit that content to provide the Service, including sending prompts to AI providers to generate responses.

You are responsible for the content you submit and for having the rights needed to submit it. Do not upload secrets, passwords, or third-party content you are not allowed to use.

7. Plans and limits

The Service may apply task, storage, or feature limits based on your plan. Limits are enforced by the backend. If paid plans are offered, their price and terms will be shown in the app before purchase. We do not process a purchase without a configured payment provider.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party infrastructure and AI providers, including Supabase, Cloudflare, and the model providers used by LISA. Their availability and terms are outside our control. We are not responsible for third-party services you choose to use alongside LISA.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may cause temporary interruptions. We may modify or discontinue features as the product develops.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that output will be accurate or that the Service will meet every requirement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LISA Intelligence Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service changes. The “last updated” date shows the current version. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
